with Leonard Tammaro

Calendar Next available session starts Dec 3, 2020 at 8:30 am

No two snowflakes are alike. They are all different. People are different too. We are diverse in many ways. We have different personal styles in how we interact with others and we all have our strengths and foibles. The workplace is populated with members of four generations – each having their own distinctive philosophy on life at work and at home. Matures, Boomers, Gen Xers, and Millennials (Gen Y) have their preferences for communicating and learning, reward and recognition, motivation, and what they value most. Managing the four generations is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. Using the DiSC instrument, Relationship Management provides an introspective of the different styles and their representative strengths as they relate to accomplishing work missions.

This workshop looks at the differences between the generations and offers suggestions on how to manage them in the workplace. What participants learn in this workshop is that every style has a place on the team and that an effective leader is able to recognize and leverage each style to develop a high performing team.

Under this new approach, it recalibrates the system to take a deeper view of business and ensures an economy that works for all because doing so has demonstrated benefits not just for society, but also the bottom line.
