Microsoft Office is one of the most commonly used types of software in homes, schools, and businesses. In this course, you will be introduced to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access). Microsoft Word is the word processing program that is used for creating letters, reports and internal correspondence.  Microsoft Excel is an electronic file that consists of a grid of columns and rows to organize related data and to display results of calculations, known as spreadsheets. Spreadsheets enable interpretation of quantitative data for decision making. A PowerPoint presentation, also referred to as a slide show, is a collection of slides, which can be shuffled around to present and distribute a slide show. Microsoft Access is a database collection of data organized as meaningful information that can be accessed, managed, stored, queried, sorted, and reported.
