Real Estate Sales Exam Prep

This online Real Estate Sales Exam Prep course is a prerequisite for licensing as a real estate salesperson and approved by the Massachusetts Real Estate Board. This course covers basic brokerage, legal aspects of brokerage, financing, closing, listing, valuation, and everything else you need to know to pass the exam.
*Books are not included and are purchased before class begins from Anjos Realty. Students will be notified as to how to purchase the book once registered. The cost of the books are $70.00 and can only be paid by check or money order.
