This 15-hour course focuses on building positive and effective relationships with colleagues as well as customers. You will engage in dialogue and learn best practices around how to be a great employee through intentional communication, workplace etiquette, professionalism, emotional intelligence, building trust, constructive feedback, understanding difficult customers, and increasing your service recovery skills.

Session 1: Emotional Intelligence and Effective Communication
Session 2: Workplace Etiquette, Professionalism, and Active Listening
Session 3: Teamwork, Conflict Management, and Feedback
Session 4: Customer Expectations, Engaging with Difficult Customers, and Service Recovery
Session 5: Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Managing Stressful Situations
