The Trend to Shift to Stakeholder Capitalism in a New Reality

with Lisa Milich

Stakeholder capitalism is a management system in which companies are oriented to serve the interests of ALL their stakeholders not just their shareholders for profits and returns. Among the key stakeholders are customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, the environment and local communities. Under this new approach, it recalibrates the system to take a deeper view of business and ensures an economy that works for all because doing so has demonstrated benefits not just for society, but also the bottom line. A sensible and ethical choice for our evolving economy.
